Wheel of Chance - Configuration and Setup

To access the menus to setup a spin, touch the frame. To spin the wheel, touch the disk.

The wheel has a generic set of numbers from 1 to 16. But for many situations you will want to assign some meaning to each number.

You can pre-define up to nine lists of things to be associated with the numbers on the face of the wheel. Several lists are already provided in the configuration notecard, but you can delete, or modify them to create your own lists.

Start each list with the keyword NAME followed by a short name (12 characters) for the list. When you touch the frame, the names shown to the right of the NAME keyword will be displayed on a menu for you to select.

Then list from 2 to 16 items. If your list has fewer than 16 items they will be reused as room allows with "spin again" used to pad the list up to 16

For example if your list has 6 items, You will see the following printed in the chat window:

7. Item 1

9. Item 3
10. Item 4
11. Item 5
12. Item 6
13. Spin again
14. Spin again
15. Spin again
16. Spin again

You can also use the "Make List" menu item to create a temporary list on the fly.

Lists included in the notecard

The following lists are already in the notecard. To add more lists, just provide a short name with the NAME keyword and then the text to be associated with each number.
